Our office staff designed an “in office” dental plan to help uninsured patients receive quality dental care. We call it the Smile Saver Plan. This is not an insurance plan and is not available to patients with existing insurance coverage. It can only be used for procedures performed in our office.
The advantages of the Smile Saver Plan include:
- Up to a 20% savings on many dental procedures
- No restrictions based upon pre-existing conditions
- Several registration options based upon need
The annual registration options are as follows:
- Patient only $160
- Patient and spouse $200
- Children only $250
- Entire Family $285
- Additional family members $60
